I had two children aged 4 and 2.5 years old at Merry Journey for one year. During that year, I observed a tremendous increase in their independence and confidence. Their academic and self-care skills also developed ahead of expectations in most areas including numeracy, literacy, feeding and potty training. I attribute this positive growth in my children to the intentionality of the Montessori Method to drive learning from the child’s inquiry as well as the car provided by the merry Journey teachers and facilitators. The school’s administration was exceptionally flexible to accommodate special learning needs. I highly recommend Merry Journey as a foundational learning haven.
